WIA Position on Changes to Zoning Code for Group Homes in Baltimore City
The Waltherson Improvement Association, Inc. (WIA) has reaffirmed its
opposition to any change in the current zoning code for Baltimore City
that would permit a group home of over four (4) unrelated individuals
to be established in a residential neighborhood, zoned R-1, without
obtaining conditional zoning approval from the City Council.
